2. Product Information

At Yone Green Plants, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the plants and gardening products we offer. However, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or update information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer either a refund, exchange, or a backorder option.

No Guarantee on Plant Survival: While Yone Green Plants provides high-quality plants and detailed care instructions, we cannot guarantee the survival or continued growth of plants due to environmental factors, improper care, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment options through our payment processor.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but rather a confirmation that we have received it. An order is not deemed accepted until the products are shipped.

Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and included at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable state, local, or federal taxes associated with their purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. Please review the shipping options and costs before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Time: We strive to process and ship orders within 7-15 days. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as availability, shipping carrier delays, and weather conditions. We are not responsible for any delays once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Yone Green Plants shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, and supply chain disruptions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Plants or seeds that have been damaged during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for instructions. Any shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Yone Green Plants.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected. We will notify you once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please refer to Returns Policy for more information. 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as discounted products, custom orders, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
